This Touch and Intimacy Couples Retreat is hosted at Northumberland Heights Wellness Retreat & Spa
With easy access from the 401, Northumberland Heights Wellness Retreat & Spa is nestled in the hills of Northumberland County. It is east of Baltimore, a small village just 15 km north of the town of Cobourg.
First a farm, then a restaurant serving German cuisine, and later with an added banquet room and guest rooms the property at 795 Northumberland Heights Road became known as Northumberland Conference and Retreat Center. It hosted writers, weddings and became known as a yoga and meditation center.
In 2015 the facilities were upgraded, spa and wellness treatments were added — and it became the Northumberland Heights Retreat and Wellness Center.
